How we identify companies
For us, a company is not just an investment asset. It’s a complex structure that needs to be examined and understood from many angles. Our selection process begins with detailed analysis and a feel for innovative and sustainable business models that have economic, as well as social, potential. As a rule, we only invest in companies that we understand and with development potential that we believe in.

Respect for labour
and human rights
Respect for human rights cannot be compromised for us. At PREMIUM as well as at our affiliated companies and throughout their supply chains, we ensure – as far as possible – that these fundamental rights are observed. This aspect forms the basis of our ESG due diligence in the investment process.
Employment conditions
and diversity
Employment conditions
and diversity
PREMIUM and its affiliated companies have employment standards that are based on, and even exceed, laws and regulations as well as market conformity. This mainly concerns working hours and holidays, wage systems, occupational health and safety and equal treatment of employees. The dimensions of diversity fundamentally enrich companies, which is why we promote diversity.
Sustainable
supply chains
Sustainable
supply chains
Even though PREMIUM and its affiliated companies are not covered by the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, we observe its key principles, as sustainable supply chain management makes companies more resilient and competitive. In doing so, we focus on key supply chains and suppliers. Improving transparency is part of our annual ESG reporting.

Social commitment and the support of social and cultural institutions are part of the corporate responsibility of PREMIUM and our portfolio companies. PREMIUM itself is currently providing financial and operational support for an educational and integration institution for refugee women and their children as well as an independent museum in Frankfurt.
